Agreement
Observe mountain rules and manners.
・Do not drop trash. If you see trash on the trail, pick it up.
・Greet hikers and people using the trails when you see them. When passing hikers or people using the trail, do not run but walk.
・Using headphones during the run is not allowed.
・Carry essential equipment, water, salt, and energy (refueling food).
Observe measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection.
・If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, cancel your participation.
・If you have symptoms of a cold such as coughing or sore throat, do not participate.
・If you feel lethargic (tiredness) or have difficulty breathing, do not participate.
・Discontinue participation if you have any abnormalities in your sense of smell or taste.
・ If you have an underlying medical condition such as diabetes or hypertension, and are concerned about your physical condition on the day of the event, cancel your participation.
・Those who are suspected of being in close contact with a person who has tested positive for novel coronavirus infection will be asked to cancel their participation.
・Those who are suspected of being infected by a family member living in the same household or a close acquaintance will be asked to cancel their participation.
・Those who have traveled to a country or region where the government has placed restrictions on entry or required an observation period during the 14 days prior to the event will be asked to cancel their participation.
・Participants should use the disinfectant solution provided at the registration desk and when using the aids, and wear a mask at the start of the race and in other crowded areas.Athletes should be able to cope with the expected problems in the mountains (slipping, getting lost, attacks by wild animals, etc.) and weather conditions (rain, strong winds, low temperatures, etc.) on their own. Athletes must be fully aware of the risks involved in trail running in nature, and participate in the event at their own risk for injury, illness, or accident.
The participant accepts all responsibility for his/her own participation in the event.
The participant will bring the designated equipment to the event.
The participant will follow the instructions of the organizer while participating in the event.
In the event that the participant is injured or causes injury to others, the participant accepts full responsibility for his/her own injuries and will not make any claim against the organizer for expenses or damages related to injuries.
No refund will be claimed for any reason, such as cancellation or change of events, after the payment procedure has been completed.
Participants will participate in the event at their own risk, having been in good health, free from heart disease and illness, and having trained sufficiently.
Participants in the 25km category must be fully aware of the nature of the race, which involves running for an extended period of time, and must have undertaken the necessary training.
Participants must be fully aware that the race will take place in a natural environment where many animals, plants, and people are involved, and must fully understand the rules of the race to minimize environmental impact and the operation of the race with consideration for users other than the participants in the event.
In order to protect the trails and ensure the safety of participants and climbers in general, there may be restricted areas such as no passing or walking areas. Participants are required to follow the instructions of the restrictions in the applicable sections. During the race, participants are requested to take extra care not to collide or make contact with general pedestrians or climbers.
Competitors who dump trash, enter outside the designated course, or engage in other acts that violate the preservation of the natural environment while participating in the event will be disqualified from the event.
Measuring chips will be used for record keeping. Competitors who accidentally lose or damage the measuring chip must understand that they may be charged for the actual cost of the chip.
The participants agree that the organizer has the right to publish images, photographs, and articles on TV, newspapers, magazines, and the Internet during the event.
(Handling of Personal Information)
・Personal information submitted by applicants for the event will be managed by the Committee and used only to the extent necessary for the operation of the event (e.g., sending materials, etc.).
・The personal information of applicants will not be used for any purpose other than to provide necessary information on the event.The entrant agrees that the organizer may make last-minute changes to the course of the event, cancel the event even during the competition due to sudden deterioration of weather conditions (earthquake, windstorm, flood, snowfall, incident, accident, etc.), or cancel the event itself if the organizer deems it difficult to hold the event due to inclement weather or other reasons.
